The Oberson Residence is sited on the wide floor of the Pemberton Valley. The structure features post and beam construction with exposed timbers bringing warmth to the home.
The large overhangs surrounding the public areas of the house provide rain protection and shelter from the summer heat. Panoramic views of Mt. Currie and the valley are equally captured from the spacious interiors and the exterior living room.
The bedrooms are located in a separate area, divided by the entry and stairs to provide privacy and a clear delineation between private and public spaces.
