Plaza at Junction Park

The Plaza at Junction Park is a lively project introducing many enhancements and features to downtown Squamish. The introduction of three new plaza spaces is a unique highlight of the project, creating gathering spaces that will engage and activate the public realm. The project also provides commercial storefronts, dedicated office space, public art, affordable and market housing, and outdoor amenities such as a public plaza and a pedestrian thoroughfare. Located at the heart of downtown, the project contributes to the resiliency and goals of the business area. The residential buildings employ innovative technologies to achieve Step 4, the highest level of the BC Energy Step Code, to provide comfortable and sustainable living.
